TMCI No Longer Distributing Argon Medical Products

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of an important change in the supply of your Argon Medical products, currently distributed by Terumo Medical Canada Inc. (“TMCI”).

Effective March 31, 2023, TMCI will no longer be Argon’s distributor in Canada. This decision was not made lightly; however, it will best allow TMCI to focus its attention, investments and support on the Terumo brand and Terumo products.

Please know we do not anticipate any disruption to your deliveries, and Argon Medical is currently working on a replacement distribution strategy for Canada beyond March 31, 2023. Once next steps have been determined, Argon Medical will contact you directly with those details. In the meantime, TMCI will continue to fully support and fulfill orders as the Argon Medical distributor in Canada until March 31, 2023. TMCI will no longer accept returns of Argon Medical products beyond March 31, 2023.

NOTE: This impacts all “Argon Medical branded” products as well as all repairs of Argon Medical-related biopsy products. There will be no impact to any Terumo branded products.
